Remove restricted permission from content

Note  You can create content with restricted permission using Information Rights Management only in Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003, Microsoft Office Word 2003, Microsoft Office Excel 2003, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003.

1. Open a document, workbook, or presentation with restricted permission.
2. On the File menu, point to Permission, and then click Unrestricted Access.

Tip

You can also remove restricted permission for a document, workbook, or presentation by clicking Permission on the Standard toolbar and then clearing the Restrict permission to this <file type> check box.
